1. Acceptance

By adding Fegod Discord Bot to your server or using any of its features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, remove the bot from your server.

2. Description of Service

Fegod Discord Bot is a webhook gateway and Discord bot operated by FORNOXYS. It receives status page events from external providers and forwards them as formatted embeds to configured Discord channels.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the bot to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or exploit the service.
• Use the service in violation of Discord's Terms of Service.

4. Availability

We strive for high availability but provide no uptime guarantees. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FORNOXYS is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
